Made to order

Every item is made to order for you by our production partner, Printful. Production usually takes 3–7 working days before your order is dispatched.

UK delivery

UK delivery starts at about £4.50 for a single tee or cap. Hoodies and heavier items cost a little more, and each extra item adds a small amount. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay. UK parcels are sent from within the UK, so there are no customs charges. They usually arrive 3–7 working days after dispatch.

International delivery

We ship to many countries outside the UK. Rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Customs duties or taxes may apply in some countries.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, we email you a tracking link.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged or faulty, email hello@theblankwall.site with your order number and a photo if possible. We will send you a replacement at no cost.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. If your order hasn't arrived by the expected date, please get in touch and we'll look into it.
